Internet Sales Consultant - Inside Sales
Commercial Web Services is actively looking for an Internet Sales Consultant to join our team.

Commercial Web Services provides an array of Internet marketing services to commercial equipment, truck and trailer dealers. We bundle lead generation services -- search engine optimization, paid search and a classified advertising network -- with an attractive, inventory-capable web site to completely represent a dealer’s business online. We add web-based software tools including inventory management, contact management, site management, e-commerce, and a complete reporting suite to round out the package.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Research for sales prospect
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Manage all customer interactions and resolve customer service issues
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Outbound telesales to hot, warm and sometimes cold leads
- Achieve individual minimal sales requirements
- Ability to work independently as a "self-starter"
- Ability to work as part of a performance-based team, communicate effectively, clearly and professionally with team members
- Be able to follow direction and accomplish all tasks that are given to you
Desired skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Must be able to articulate our process in its entirety
- Organized and have ability to answer objections
